When things not going your way, thats when you change the course. From hitting to slicing. Or from left and right, to back and front. Do whatever it takes to win matches.
A good player is a player who can win on his bad day. And that is what need to be develop for the juniors. You just cannot win on your best days because tennis is a weekly schedule competition. Every week there will be competition and you need to get your things right even on the worst day.
Competition and tournament will make players mature faster. In develop countries, the match play and good match play can be found almost every week. But when you are in a country of not many good players, that is when you need to travel outside. Try everything you can to be better.

Some matches, players play with people they have never met before. One of the many things I told my players is to look at the pattern the opponent have. The pattern is not something like the direction, or the tactical ways. The most basics thing is how many they can hit in the rally.
When you rally with a player especially juniors, you can expect them to have a certain number of maximum they can hit before they make mistake. Understanding that concept will make them test the opponent maximum number of hit.
They ask, what happens if they can hit it back with high numbers?
The answer is to test them different areas, such as moving them. You move the players, then you can see whether they are able to stand or still being consistent.
What happen when they can still consistently make the balls in?
Now, you can start to hot the ball faster and take the time away from them. Make them tun faster. This simple strategy can be done without even having any complicated tactical thinking. The intermediate juniors can actually win matches that way, making them hard to beat.
Consistency is the key concept. That comes with a lot of live balls practices.
