Its a four days event at the National Tennis Centre (NTC) Kuala Lumpur for the ITF Regional Tutor Course 2023.
The highest form of learning is by teaching others. Knowledge may come in many forms, but this is one of the formal types of learning.
Tennis coach from 13 Asian nation gather at this course and 7 from Malaysia. One of the 7 tutors is from NTTACADEMY. It good to have knowledge and it will provide better training for NTTAcademy coaches in the future.
Many good outcomes may come from this venture. One of it is a structured training and lesson for coaches to conduct the daily schedule for the students.
It is good when coaches willing to improve in Malaysia, and we, in Ntta continue to gain knowledge. Gain better perspective about the ways to do effective coaching to the players.
When you do have great knowledge, the transfer of knowledge will be more effective and will gain better acceleration to players. Results will soon comes for NTTAcademy.
