We believe in what other good players have accomplished. Try to imitate them and you will be on your way to be better as well. Most of players who are winning more, played more matches. They have all the relevant experience on court. They met with a lot of players, and they play all sorts of level of players.
In Northern Tennis Troopers Academy (NTTA), we create this opportunities to players in Malaysia to play matches. It is not an easy task to invite players to have a private match play. We knew that, and we have that covered. By doing NTTA Monthly Medals we create an environment for players to taste the tournament atmosphere where they can get it every month.
In other nation outside of Malaysia, tournaments are done every week. Its a matter of choice to play in tournaments but Malaysia need a lot more than it use to have. We, in NTTA is making that initiative to bring that to all players in Malaysia especially in the northern area of Malaysia.
Here are our dates for 2024:
In 2023, we have organize 9 edition of monthly medals. It was a one day event, and all players are playing in round robin. The matches are played only with one set of 6 games with no ads format. But they surely have 2 to 3 matches in one day.
Whats important is that, they met more players and game style. Able to handle pressure of the match and have experience tournament.
We understand the difficulty of parents who still would like to wait first, the wait and see parents before sending them further to other tournaments.
Most of other tournaments are doing elimination rounds, and for those who have not yet have that level to go through the first round will feel wasted.
